➜ You may resell the Adoption you purchased, but at the same price as the original purchase.➜ If you wish to change anything from the original Adoption, an additional fee will be charged, the amount depending on the complexity.➜ Reselling the Adoption for a higher price is ONLY permitted if the Adoption includes additional artwork.➜ You cannot claim an Adoption or Design as your property if you did not purchase it correctly.➜ If the Adoption was acquired for free, it may only be resold if it includes additional artwork. Please be fair about the price. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me via DM.➜ Design edits are permitted, as long as they do not distort the character.➜ Gender changes are permitted. If the artist wishes to make the change themselves, an additional fee will be charged, with the amount varying depending on the complexity of the artwork and design.

˚‧｡⋆🌻⋆｡‧˚ Artist Rights ˚‧｡⋆🌻⋆｡‧˚

➜ PayPal is the payment method used. The artist will send an invoice for payment.➜ The artist reserves the right to display all commissioned works on any personal website, gallery, blog, or newspaper. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive or special gift, this should be discussed during the consultation between the client and the artist.➜ The artist may reuse rejected drafts in future works, whether for Ych or custom art.➜ The artist reserves the right to refuse the order if they are uncomfortable with it.

˚‧｡⋆🌻⋆｡‧˚ Costumers Rights ˚‧｡⋆🌻⋆｡‧˚

➜ The client has the right to use the artwork for PERSONAL purposes, such as profile photos, banners, wallpapers, and printing for personal use.➜ Requests for any changes are permitted during the concept and draft phase.➜ The client can choose the format in which they would like to receive the artwork (PNG, JPEG, etc.), and also choose where they would like to receive the file (Telegram, Email, etc.).➜ The client has the right to send messages regarding the progress of the commission.

˚‧｡⋆🌻⋆｡‧˚ About the Commission ˚‧｡⋆🌻⋆｡‧˚

➜ Payment must always be made before the STARTING of the work.➜ After payment, the artist cannot issue refunds, except in cases deemed necessary by the artist.➜ The artist has the right to refuse service, refund, or cancel an order to any client who is rude, does not clearly explain their request, or for any other reason. If the artwork has already been paid for, the amount will be refunded in full or in part, depending on the reason for the refund. Please note that if the artwork is finished, a refund cannot be requested.➜ The client should discuss any deadline expectations with the artist before payment, so they understand the urgency of the artwork.➜ If modifications are needed, they must be made during the SKETCH and FLAT COLOR phase of the artwork. If modifications are needed after the SKETCH and FLAT COLOR phase, an additional fee will be charged for the modifications.➜ The artist will not create artwork in different styles! Please do not ask the artist to copy someone else's style.➜ Sketches cannot be colored or scanned, the artwork cannot be edited, and any changes must be made by the artist.➜ The delivery time is two months, but changes may occur due to the artist's personal circumstances. All clients will be notified in the event of order delays.➜ NSFW artwork will not be published without the client's permission!! The artist reserves the right to refuse NSFW artwork that is uncomfortable!
