➠ Hello, I'm glad you're interested in ordering art from me! Before finalizing any decision, I kindly ask you to read my terms of service below!
➠ Remember, by purchasing any art, you are automatically agreeing to the terms.
About the Adopt
➠ You will be able to resell the Adopt you purchased, however, for the same price you originally purchased it for.
➠ Reselling the Adopt for a higher price is allowed ONLY if the Adopt has extra artwork.
➠ You cannot claim an ADOPT or DESIGN as your property if you have not properly purchased it. If this occurs, you will be reported and added to the blacklist.
Artist Rights
➠ The payment method used is Paypal.
➠ The Artist has the right to display all commissioned works on any personal website, gallery, blog or newspaper. If the commissioned work is an urgent or special gift, this should be discussed during the conversation between the client and the artist.
➠ The artist can reuse rejected drafts in future works, whether for YCH's or custom art.
Costumers Rights
➠ The client can ask for updates when they feel necessary, but they should not overcharge the artist, this causes pressure and can leave the artist overwhelmed; The artworks are made alternately, so all customers will receive updates and the artwork will be ready faster!
➠ The art can be used for personal use, the signature cannot be removed or edited, when posting the art on other social networks, due credit must be given to the artist.
About the Commission
➠ Payment must always be made before the artwork START.
➠ After payment, the artist will not be able to make refunds, only in cases that the artist deems necessary.
➠ The artist has the right to refuse service, refund or cancel a commission to any customer who is rude, does not correctly explain what they want or for any other reason. If the art has already been paid for, the amount will be refunded in full or in part depending on the reason for the refund. Remembering that if the art is finished, it is not possible to request a refund.
➠ The client should discuss any deadline expectations they have with the Artist before payment, so the artist knows how urgent the art is.
➠ If modifications are necessary, they must be made in the SKETCH and PLAIN COLOR phase of the art. If modifications are required after the SKETCH and PLAIN COLOR, an extra fee will be charged for the modifications.
➠ The artist will not create artwork in different styles! Please don't ask the artist to copy another's style.
➠ Drafts cannot be colored or scanned, the art cannot be edited and any changes must be made by the artist.
➠ The delivery period is five months, but there may be changes due to the artist's personal life. All customers will be notified if commissions are late.
➠ NSFW artwork will not be published without the client's permission!! The artist has the right to refuse NSFW artwork that is uncomfortable!
